At MamaZuriStyle, every piece is handmade by skilled artisans in Ghana using traditional weaving techniques. Because of the handmade nature of our products, processing and delivery may vary slightly.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared before shipment.

• Ready-to-ship items: 7-12  business days

• Custom and oversized pieces: 7–14 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship with Ghana Post EMS for fast and reliable international delivery. In some cases, we may use other trusted carriers such as  DHL Express, UPS or FedEx depending on destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States/ Canada : 7- 14 business days
United Kingdom: 7-10  business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Australia: 12-18 business days
Other International Destinations: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or local courier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

MamaZuriStyle is not responsible for customs-related delays.

Handmade Product Notice

Each item is handmade and one of a kind.

Because of this:

• Slight variations in size may occur

• Patterns may vary slightly

• Natural imperfections are part of the handmade beauty

These are not defects.

Basket and Lampshade Reshaping

To make shipping safer and more affordable, some baskets and lampshades may arrive slightly compressed.

To reshape:

Lightly spray or dampen the basket with cool water (avoid leather handles if present)

Gently reshape by hand

Allow to air dry

This helps restore the original form.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

MamaZuriStyle is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
